How do I reset the alert time in Calendar?

The time on my iPhone is set to BST (which is what I want), but I was in Beijing a while ago, so set it to local time. Now whenever I set an alert in Calendar etc, it alerts me on Beijing time - ie 7 hours ahead. How do I correct this?
