Safari Bookmarks Bar & Favicons help

Hi All

I'm wanting to ditch FF & Chrome and return to Safari as my main browser. On FF & Chrome I have my bookmarks bar just displaying the site icon and no wording and I'd like to replicate this in Safari. How can I do this?

One other thing, can I have Safari set to clear cookies/ cache / history automatically when I close the browser?
