Printing Shipping labels from Ebay

I can't figure out what discussion to put this in, hope I am in a good place to ask.

I sell on Ebay. I want to print my shipping labels from the site.

I have been trying to print First Class International shipping labels from ebay.

I run a MAC OS X 10.6.8. on a Mac Mini

Firefox or Safari

I get a blank form. I downloaded the latest Adobe and adobe flash player. Is there a Java program that I need too? I have done all my apple updates.

I have Javascript enabled on my preferences on both browsers.

A yellow bar opens on the label page that says I need a plugin, but I try to load new plug ins a window comes up with No suitable plug ins were found.

When I check on both FF and Safari, I have Javascript enabled.

I have asked on Ebay in 2 groups, and called ebay. No help, so thought I might find someone here who has been able to print labels from Ebay.

Thank you for any suggestions.

I've been having the same problem. Google Chrome is the only browser that will let me print a USPS First Class International label, and even then it prints it smaller than normal. USPS Priority International labels still can't be printed from Google Chrome, as it will only print one corner of the 2 full pages that I need to print.

I hope a solution comes soon, because it's driving me crazy!

I had the same problem this morning - tried three times (and of course my Paypal account was billed 3 times for the label amount). I finally printed the form from the USPS website, but will have to go to the post office to pay the postage. I was able to print First Class International through Ebay before - wonder if it had something to do with the latest Safari update. Anyway, I appreciate you pursuing this - thanks!

I am having the same problem... has anyone found a fix that actually works? I have been on tech support with Apple, Ebay and Paypal for hours each... am getting nowhere. I updated everything. I upgraded to LION on my desktop. International labels stopped printing. I was able to print them on my laptop till one morning when I turned macbook pro on it said there was updates ready, so I installed them. Then went to print the labels and even the laptop would not print them. I think it has something to do with the updates to safari that were just installed then.

I don't know what to do... I can't keep going to the library to print my labels, I have a child and cant keep running out.

I'm having the same issues. last time this happened I had to update the java script plugin through adobe. I've updated my browsers since then. I've tried to update the java plug-in however, the adobe java script plug-in cannot be updated because it is not compatible with browsers above 5.0. Its the browsers issues and/or adobe's issue not ebay. I have issues printing from other sites due to this problem. In order for it to work you may need to find a previous version of your internet browser. HTH! 🙂

No fix that I know of yet. The last person from ebay suggested I download IE for Mac, such and old program. But I could not even get it to read a page right, that was a waste of time.

On another discussion this has been suggested, but I have not tried it yet.

BTW, I just hand write out my Int'l labels, I never turn away business on Ebay, I need all that I can get. I hand write the customs form too. It is not a terrible thing, I have done it for 10 years.

Just did 17 packages of sales from Sat/Sun/Mon. took me a couple of hours, because so many were International. And I also insure with UPIC insurance, it is private, inexpensive and they pay for lost/ damage packages.

Here is the post, I have not tried this yet, because I just found this:
