Battery Cases for iPhone 4 and what do you recommend

I have been considering getting one of the battery cases that extend the life of the iPhone. Its for an iPhone 4 does anyone have any recommendations and also i would prefer on that has the same charge point type as the phone and not the usb one as i have seen on most of the ones on offer
