Does a PDF Editor exist for the MBA that is not as expensive as Acrobat?
Thanks

Try a Google search for "inexpensive PDF editor Mac" and see what pops up.
Acrobat came with my copy of Adobe CS5 Design Premium so I don't have any experience with any other PDF editor but I've heard good things about PDF Studio: http://www.qoppa.com/pdfstudio/index.html
I had previously searched and found several. I was hoping for some feedback from users of those packages. Thank you for your reply and the link to one you have heard about. I'll swing out and take a look at it.

PDF Pen from Smile Software is great.

There is a standard and pro version so you can decide if there is value that meets your needs.
The Pro has a lot of features. Their product comparison was useful. I will need to compare it with PDF Studio too (http://www.qoppa.com/pdfstudio/buy/compare.html). However, at first glance Smile has the edge. There are several more products on the market; hopefully others will have opinions on those as well.
Thank you for your response, Mike.
PDF Studio Pro is my favorite on the Mac! It does everything I need, is easy to use and now even offers me a toolchest, so I can use the same custom edit marks over and over!
They continue to deliver new features - I hear version 7 is coming out sometime this winter - http://www.qoppa.com/pdfstudio/demo/changelog/version700.html
And, I can use another product from the same people on my new Android phone (qPDF Notes).
It's so nice to be able to make PDFs that can be viewed on all my devices (and also can send to my friends on PCs or whatever).🙂
Oh, I meant to mention:
PDF Studio 6 works with Mac OSX 10.4.
PDF Studio 7 will work with Mac OSX 10.5 and higher.
There are a number of ways in which you can edit PDF files on MAC for free. Preview does the job of annotating the file, and highlighting text. You can make use of LIbreOffice, and GIMP also. There are numerous other software as well, which I have compiled here to edit PDF files for free. http://listoffreeware.com/best-free-mac-pdf-editor-software/
