At my gym, there are a number of TVs to watch while exercising, but to hear the sound, I have to tune to a certain FM frequency. Is this a possibility on my iPod Touch 4 (I just updated the OS to the most current.)

The 4G iPod Touch does not have an FM tuner. The little iPod Nano with the touch screen does.
There is no FM receiver in the iPod touch. Griffin Technologies makes an add-on device, though, that's not too expensive:

I've been waiting for the dang for more than 2 years !!!!!!! I have avoided all iPods because of lack of FM radio until Apple came out with iPhone 3G and it's only then that I decided to bite to bullet because my previous MP3 player with FM tuner broke on me and I was getting tired of having my pockets full with a mobile, mp3 player etc.
Apple!!! If you do read this forum PLEASE OH MIGHTY PLEASE give the iPod nano FM tuner feature to the iPhone, iPod users!!! Dang I'd pay for such app!!
