iStat Pro says my battery health is 97% after 3 months, is this normal?

I've had my uni-body white macbook (mid 2010) since late May 2011, and the battery health is at 97%. Is this normal? could this be why the battery life has decreased?

Yes, that's normal. Battery life continues decreasing over the usable life of the battery.
