Calendar detail page displays the wrong time

I'm having a problem with the calendar on my iPhone. Here are the details:

Time zone support is off for calendar, and general time/date auto timezone is off too.

Opening calendar I see an event at 1pm. I click it to go into the detals page and the time displays 12pm. I click to edit it, and the time displays 1pm (which is correct). If you follow me, there are 3 panels: topline, detail, and edit. It is only in detail that the time is wrong. Furthermore, if I turn on timezone support (calendar settings) and choose a country, the details page would change to reflect that change.
