How do I stop rotation on photos

When going through a slideshow of pictures I don't want the picture to rotate when I turn the iPad around How do I turn this function off ?

Depending on what Settings > General > Use Side Switch set to then you can either lock the rotation by the side on the right-hand side or via the taskbar : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4085
