Can I upload apps that are created with other languages or tools to the Apple AppStore ?

Hi,

Hoping someone can clarify an answer for me. Can I upload apps that are created with other languages or tools to the Apple AppStore ? For example, if I create an app using either PhoneGap or Appcelerator Titanium will I be allowed to upload to the Apple AppStore and charge a fee for people to download the app ?

If yes, can you provide some architecture advice.
