i have the same problem, please!! someone from apple help us

There is noone from Apple here. It is a user to user forum with other user like you. Be patient, I'm sure someone will come along to help you that is familiar with your issue. In the meantime, look at the 'More Like This' list on the Right of the page and have a read through those posts to see if there is anything relevant to your problem.

Cheers

• If you have not already done so, shut down Mac, restart, and try again.

• If the FaceTime still does not work, use your Mac's Disk Utility to repair permissions and then download and apply the latest Combo Update for your Mac OS. (FaceTime 1.x requirements include that your Mac has the latest Mac OS updates)

The current Lion Combo is at: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1582

Repair permissions again immediately following the system restart that completes the Combo update.

• If you have not already done so, be sure you have considered the Troubleshooting FaceTime for Mac settings and configuration help from support.apple.com/kb/TS4185

• You can send FaceTime comments, suggestions, or other feedback directly to Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html. You will not get a direct response, but you can be certain that the responsible Apple people will see your input for consideration in FaceTime product development.
