Windows Emulator for Mac Book Pro

Hi,

I want to buy a Mac Book Pro and as I use only one important program which is for Windows, I dont want to install Windows on it. The producer of this program says I would need a Windows Emulator. What is the newest free Windows Emulator for Mac Book Pro , or is this already installed when I buy one? I am an amateur with computers so please no complicated answers.

TimeMaker is rated Platinum with Wine...

These means you could probably easily port this program yourself using Wineskin, then you don't even need Windows at all.
