Profile Manager - Cannot enroll devices

When attempting to enroll a device in profile manager, whether using the "mydevices" page or a downloaded Enrollment Profile, I get the following error in MacOS. Installation of the mobileconfig also fails in iOS.

11-08-05 2:04:59.198 PM mdmclient: Configuration profile contains missing or invalid information for PayloadUUID

11-08-05 2:04:59.198 PM mdmclient: *** ERROR *** [Agent:1000] ExtractOTAIdentity (<CPProfile:-102> The profile is either missing some required information, or contains information in an invalid format.)

11-08-05 2:04:59.198 PM mdmclient: *** ERROR *** [Agent:1000] ProcessOTABootstrapPayload (<CPProfile:-102> The profile is either missing some required information, or contains information in an invalid format.)

11-08-05 2:04:59.422 PM System Preferences: *** ERROR *** [CPInstallerUI:1000] Profile installation (Auto-Join Devices Enrollment (com.apple.ota.mini1.marvelandsnap.com.bootstrap)) (<CPProfile:-102> The profile is either missing some required information, or contains information in an invalid format.)

Some notes:

Originally I had the server running on a self-signed certificate, however I was getting certificate errors when adding devices (even with the trust profile installed), so switched my server's certificate to a properly signed cert purchased from GoDaddy.

The mobileconfig does in fact contain a proper PayloadUUID

<key>PayloadType</key>

<string>Profile Service</string>

<key>PayloadUUID</key>

<string>a908ac80-a14c-012e-c258-442c030b4a1e</string>

<key>PayloadVersion</key>

<integer>1</integer>

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.7)
