You can't download QuickTime to the iPad. You can't download any plugins or computer applications to the iPad. Only apps from the app store will work on the iPad. The iPad has a totally different operating system than Windows or Mac.
The iPad has Quicktime built in. If QuickTime video from a web site is not playing, it's either not in a format that the iPad can handle or the developer of the web site hasn't coded it correctly. Can you post the URL to the site so that others can take a look? We might be able to come up with a workaround.
Regards.
Since I responded to you initially, I thought I would take a look at the site. While my knowledge of the Spanish language is extremely limited, even I can see that the site is saying that you have to install QuickTime.
Dave Sawyer is much more experienced that I am, so I will defer to any workaround that he may know of, but I can share with you that I have visited certain sites that show the QuickTime logo with a icon on the logo that indicates that it is not viewable with the iPad. Your site may be one that it is a format that the iPad cannot handle.
From the source code it does indeed appear to be a Windows Media stream, not a QuickTime video, with bad web coding that incorrectly identifies the video as QuickTime. There are some WMV apps available in the iTunes Store that might be able to play the stream if you use what appears to be the direct link:

Thank you Demo. Appreciate your feedback. I'll wait to see if Dave can recommend a way around it.
.aspx Probably means it is windows media format stream.
You will need to find a player that can handle it.
Castcatcher might play it.
