How To Register My Apple Product In This Site???

i have tried several times registering my apple product in this site and i am not getting the confirmation mail ......i waited for 1-2 mths and still did not get any response or any mail,regarding the confirmaion of my apple product...

iPod touch, iOS 4.3.3, 4Th Gen 32 gb

You won't receive any email confirmation for registering an Apple product.

However, you should have received an email confirmation when you purchase Apple products.

but when i login my apple id in this site, it does not show my registered ipod under devices..!
