Calls Are going straight to voicemail

Make sure of several things:

1. The little switch on the side of the phone (the 'do not disturb' toggle) is set to gray, not orange. This button is next to the volume buttons on the side of the phone

2. Make sure you have the volume turned up

3. make sure under settings that you don't have it set to "Do not disturb"

4. Set the ringtone pattern and vibration pattern of the ringtone to something other than None

5. Set Vibrate on Ring to green (at least until you're confident the ringtone alone works)

If all else fails call your wireless phone provider.

Go to Settings/Do Not Disturb

Check if Manual is ON. If so, set it OFF. This solved it for me.

Mine was ON by default, and I had the problem.

Wife's was OFF by default, and she did not have any problem.
