Will this card work in a 2009 Mac Pro Nehalem? What is the wiring diagram? The connections are marked "0", "1" ,"2".

Yes!!! This will work! Connect wires 2 and 3 in upper and lower connections.
Just for anyone else wondering... I picked up one on ebay that had Channel 2 broken off. I hooked up my two wires to 0 and 1 and it also worked (middle and right terminals). Used it in a Wind U100.
Would you happen to know if this card could work in the mac mini 1,1?
