Using Outloook, roadrunner on Verizon iPhone?

I am looking for the right phone to buy for me. I use Verizon. I use Roadrunner for my e-mail. I want a phone that I can sync my Microsoft Outlook contacts and calendar with. does anyone have these same specifications and does an iPhone meet them? I have Windows 7 on my PC.
