How to silence keyboard tap sounds on Air?

Can't find instructions in Preferences, nor in manual for how to mute the key tap sound. Anyone know how?

MacBook Air, iOS 4.3.3

Check System Preferences > Universal Access > Keyboard tab > turn slow keys off or uncheck the sub option "Use click key sounds".

I do not see an option for this on MacBook Air. Can you tell me the most updated way?
