how to eject ipod from itunes...

you need itunes to eject it..... i think
when u get itunes just click on you ipod on the left of the window and then click eject (bottom right of screen it is a triangle with a line under it)
if none of this stuff works try the five r's:

Windows XP Pro

you can also eject it by clicking the green arrow icon on the bottom right of your screen.

there are three ways to eject your ipod as far as I know. One, you can eject it with itunes, but this obviously won't work in your situation. Second, is to eject by using the "safely remove hardward feature of Windows XP" To do this, click the arrow next to the clock in the bottom right corner of the screen and then double click the little green arrow. Then find your ipod in the list of devices. (double click the USB... to see what device it is) and click stop. Then you can remove your ipod. The third way is if your ipod is enabled as a drive. Click my computer and then right click your ipod and click disconnect or stop, or remove, or something like that.
