With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.

Copy the libmxl2.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.

Reboot and see if all is well

In case that your OS is Windows 7 (64 bit)

1. Open windows explorer, go to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support

2. Copy file "libxml2.dll"

3. Open new windows explorer, to to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support

4. Paste file "libxml2.dll" to the location.

5. Reboot your computer, it should not display that message, it should be clear.

Good Luck

You're welcome - glad it helped 🙂

As far as I can see the file concerned that I listed was - libxml2.dll

What would be nice is for Apple to take this solution that you have provided and edit the solution and post a clean, clear and comprehensive solution. But I guess that would require more labor costs on their end and we all know we live in a world of 'cheap labor' and 'corporate thieves' notwithstanding all the hype to the contrary.

What would really be nice is for Apple to have provided the solution in the first instance a very long time ago. 😉

Again, thank you.
