During one of the many updates my ipod lost a bunch of playlists, They a still on Zune. How can I transfer fro Zune to Ipod? All are on same computer

during one of the many updates from Apple, my classic Ipod lost a bunch of playlists. I have both Ipods and a une. When I go to the Zune Library, the playlists and albums are still there - not in music onb Ipod. How can I transfer the zune playlists or copy them to Ipod?

Wouls love to have them back as the une won't play in my car.
