Video hesitation since installing Lion

I origionaly posted this in MacBook Pro forums and it was suggested that this was a better place to ask question. Here is the origional post: Since installing Lion (10.7) playback of videos on Facebook, YouTube (my account) and Vimeo (my account) all have a hesitation when playing full screen. Prior to Lion install there was never a problem with this. I have FIOS so that shouldn't be an issue. I have a MacBook Pro 2.2 GHz Intel Cor 2 Duo, with 4 GB Ram. I have tried to find out if I changed a setting, but everything looks the same in preferences. Is there somewhere else to look or do? Should I go back to Snow Lep. ?? Is anyone else having this type of issue? Since this origional post I have uninstalled and reinstalled Flash with no change in hesitation. Still looks like timelaps, jerky. I have also played one of my HD videos from external hd in full screen and there is no problem. It plays smooth. Additional info that might help: CPU 94% idle, system memory free 2.51 GB, peak usage is 3kb/sec. Is this a Lion/Flash issue or is there something else? Anything I can change?
