Keyboards while ordering a new iMac?

I am about to buy myself a new iMac 27" and i will most likely do that on the internet. That said, i want to really know.. Is there a way to order your iMac with the number keyboard instead of the small one without paying extra?

Also, i am buying an applecare for that machine and i want to know if the plan covers all the countries, listed on the apple support page? That meaning, if i go to any of these countries i would get easy and free support if my computer breaks down or something?

yes all the keyboards are free to choose form at no extra price. im not sure about the applecare thing though

You can choose which keyboard when ordering. There is no difference in price (which is 0) between the wired keyboard with a num pad and a wireless keyboard. If you have difficulty you can call the online store, the number is on the main page of the online Apple Store,

AppleCare is international.

So you can choose the keyboard before buying? Ive tried locating a button to swith whats inside but couldnt find it.. Do i have to order it extra or what? Or i get the option to switch the keyboards while checking out? This was quite confusing to me to do..

If you order through the Apple store, you can choose either keyboard. For an English keyboard with numeric keypad, you would choose "Apple keyboard with numeric keypad (English) and user's guide".

And Applecare is good around the globe, not just in the country you buy it in.

Oh.. SOrry, i totally forgot to mention, that im trying to order a refurbished iMac.. And yeah, i know you can order lots of stuff with a new one, but the screen never comes out when im trying to order the refurbished one.. Sadly.. So the actual question is if you can choose a keyboard for the refurbished iMac?

With a refurbished Mac you cannot customize it in any way. If you want the wired keyboard you will have to order it separately which will leave you with 2 keyboards. You can buy wired keyboards from Apple or I believe OWC (www.macsales.com) sells used keyboards. They will disclose the shape they're in prior to selling them then you can decide if you want one or want to buy a new one.
