i accidenty deleted all of my data how do i get all of my data back?I was going to jail break my ipod and i put it in DFU mode and it wouldnt turn on for 30 min. so i decided not to jail break it because i dont know how.Then it turned on but itunes asked if i wanted to restore to factor settings so i hit cancel.So how do i get ALL of my data back?

If the data is not on your computer, a backup of your computer files or in an iPod backup file o yur computer of a computer backup it is lost.
If you have an iPod backup (go to iTunes's Preferences and click on the Devices tab. The backups will be listed). restore the iPod from backup.
