Wake reason: RTC (Alarm) And GIGE (Network)

Two days ago I did a clean install of Mac OS X Lion. Tonight I let my iMac in sleep before going to bed. During the night it wakes up automatically:

Aug 8 01:51:54 Dennis-Madsens-iMac kernel[0] <Debug>: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm)

Aug 8 03:40:05 Dennis-Madsens-iMac kernel[0] <Debug>: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm)

Aug 8 05:28:16 Dennis-Madsens-iMac kernel[0] <Debug>: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm)

Aug 8 07:16:27 Dennis-Madsens-iMac kernel[0] <Debug>: Wake reason: RTC (Alarm)

Aug 8 07:40:00 Dennis-Madsens-iMac kernel[0] <Debug>: Wake reason: GIGE (Network)

As you see, most of them are RTC events. I have "Wake for network access" in Energy Saver turned on, as I think, this is a usefull service. The Console have these messages for the third RTC event (please tell me if you need all the messages from the period):

08/08/11 05.28.16,001 SyncServer: [0x10bb16cc0] |SyncServer|Warning| Refreshing watchdog because of a calendar time change alert.

What can the reason for this?

Next we have the GIGE (Network) event. What can be the reason for this?

Here is the Console log for this time period:

Hi,

Same here with a fresh MACmini with already installed lion system.

It wakes up automaticly.

But the Konsole says RPC - not Network here.

The File "com.apple.AutoWake.plist" in /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration dows not exist.

No Wake Up Times defined in "System Configuration/Energy / Time..."

Konsole says:
