Any ideas why Safari 5.1 running on Snow Leopard 10.6.8 does not load website content properly following having emptied the cache recently? Please HELP.

Perhaps a third parrty Safari add on that was compatible with the prior version of Safari but not 5.1 that's preventing pages to render as they should.
