Does Lion support 32bit drivers, specifically Audio/MIDI for USB Edirol UR80?

This device used to work on my 2010 MacBookPro 17" i7, before I upgraded a few weeks ago, now it appears not to.

I could try reinstalling but could you offer any advice?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7), 2010 MacBookPro 17" i7
