iPhone: IMAP emails appear that they are coming from Gmail

I have 5 email accounts on my iPhone

1) me @me.com account

2) my work exchange account

3) my family domain IMAP (default send account)

4) Gmail

5) other IMAP

I can send emails from my iPhone no problem. However any emails sent from #3 account appear as coming from Gmail. All the other accounts work fine.

If I use my iPad I cannot replicate the problem.

I have deleted and reinstalled the Gmail account and it hasn't made a difference.

Any ideas why sending from my personal domain would make it look like it is coming from Gmail?

Thanks

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.3

Both IMAP accounts are with 1and1.com. Both are using same SMTP server.

Only the default comes up as showing as if it was sent from GMail.

There is no error message.

It appears as "From: ...@gmail.com" as the sending address.

Even the message headers show the message as if being sent from the @gmail account even though it was sent from the IMAP account, the setting for sending are the IMAP account and the GMail setting have been removed.
