ipod touch displays usb

Hi I have such problem i connect Ipod touch to my PC (Win7) and it shows me USB then arrow and Itunes logo

I instaled latest Itune but it dont hel,I removed and instaled it one more time same story

iPod touch, Windows 7

If your iTunes does not see the unit, try this.
