Hello!
I can't get the second monitor to play fullscreen when I use DVD-player in Lion, is there a solution?
I can't get VLC to play optical audio in lion is there there a solution?

You can however make your secondary display become your primary display by moving the menu bar using the Display Control Panel —>Arrangement and dragging the white menu bar, but obviously not ideal.
Great solution Brutusfly, worked like a charm
I have to call BS on this. Sure the fix will work, but it shouldn't be required. In 10.6 I could just drag the window to the secondary display and it opened and played just fine.
This is a pretty awful bug. Let's hope it get's fixed soon.
Yes, obviously Lion is a step backward in multi-monitor support. The best solution for me now is downloading and using MPlayerX from the Mac App Store. It has replaced VLC and all other players I've used for full-screen and surround-sound viewing.
