Can't find installed app

I purchased URL Manager Pro 4 (had 3.5 but it doesn't work with Lion), App Store asked if I was sure I wanted to purchase it since I had 3.5 installed, I said yes. It went to the Launchpad, showed a few seconds as being installed but then disappeared. In App Store it shows it as installed, but it's not. It's not in my applications folder and not showing up in a search. I logged out of my computer and restarted, tried installing it again. Same thing. Any suggestions?
