You need what is called Apple Service Diagnostic Disc, likely ASD 2.6.3, but it's normally only available to Apple Service techs.

For more clues expose your eMail in your profile for a bit.

I have just changed my logic board on my dual 1.8ghz G5 and I need the thermal calibration software to stop the fans from spinning at 100% all the time? Where would I find it thanks?

In need for the calibration for my G5 - too far away from a Apple Service.

Hi, I know that this post is old but does anyone know where i can get the thermal calibration disk for a g5 power mac 2.5 dual ?

i am about to replace the mother board along with the graphics card and i read that a thermal calibration needs to be performed afterwards.
