Software.exe- entry point not found

Hey guys.....help me out with this one.........

i m running Windows XP sp3....

I recently updated to the latest apple software using apple software update............

but whenever I initiate the application 'Apple Software Update'.....

I get the foll error:

" The procedure entry point

Dont know what it means.............

Please help me out asap.........
