Stuck at "Select the driver to be installed"

Brand new 2011 MacBook Pro (13"). Trying to install Boot Camp. I have a Windows 7 installer from MSDN I burned into a DVD. The installer boots fine but then I get stuck at a screen that says "Select the driver to be installed". I have the option to look for drivers but can't really find anything in the main DVD nor on the USB stick with the drivers I donwloaded from Apple.

I see that this has happened before (here and here)but those discussions were not answered satisfactorily. Any updates? Can it really be a bad DVD even though it boots ok?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7), 13" Sandy Bridge

Sorry and yes hope that helps.

This is something 'we' learned the hard way and pass-along to others, but it really really needs to be in the darn guide and Boot Camp Assistant, the PDFs, as a simple one sentence FYI.

Not that everyone reads guides and pdfs of course!

But given the number of schools that sell electronic downloads, MSDN, there is a real need to help. And not every student is going to look here.

Why Apple and Disk Utility, when this is not a problem that I know of with PCs - maybe even a Mac running a Windows VM or already in native Windows (aka "boot camp") is weird. Or, what really is Disk Utility not doing and doing wrong? and how does it affect other discs that people burn???
