redundant mailbox listing in leftmost column - how to get rid of?

I've just upgraded to Lion, and in the default view, in the column that lists my messages, to the right underneath the timestamp for each message is text telling me which mailbox the message is in. This drives me crazy because I know what folder I'm in (the inbox in this case) but every single message says "Inbox - MobileMe" underneath the timestamp. This is entirely unnecessary if I have enough wherewithall to understand what folder I'm currently in (it already tells me in the title bar, and also in the favorites bar if I've clicked on a folder in that bar). Is there a way to turn off the stamp that adorns every message telling me what folder that message is in?

Thanks!
