Is my MacBook Pro strong enough for Lion and Logic Studio?

Hey everyone, I have a MacBook Pro from 2010:

Processor 2.66 GHz Intel Core i7

Memory 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

Startup Disk Macintosh HD

I recently (august 2011) upgraded my system to Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, but was wondering if I'm asking too much of my machine. I'm also planning on getting Logic Studio to record professional music, and the last thing I want to happen is to see my computer freeze or slow down during such a process.

Can my MacBook Pro handle this all?
