In Safari, how do you clear site data from local storage??

I tried deleting cookies under preferences, resetting, clear cache, loading blank page, but some sites keep coming back in cookies showing local storage. If i do this repeatedly, they will eventually disappear and not come back.

How about Safari adding an option to clear local storage data in the Reset Safari option list.

Does anyone know of an App for this from a third party?
