How to sync iCal with Exchange Online Outlook Users?

Hi,

My company is using MS ExchangeOnline and everyone is using Outlook 2010 except me using Mac (Lion). I am using iCal on my Mac. I have two calendars (Personal & Public), how can I invite my colleagues to view my Public Calendar and how can they add in appt in my Public Calendar?

I had already add them to my calendar given them the read/write rights, but on my Mac, how can i invite them to view or on their Outlook, how can they see my Public Calendar?

Pls advise.
