When trying to email a photo, after clicking "Email Photo" under the curved arrow in top right corner, the "Settings" page opens on the line: "Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
That's not what is supposed to happen. Formerly a blank email opened which I completed and sent. But now it doesn't. Any ideas?

Have you still got any email accounts on the iPad, and are any of them active i.e. do any of them have 'Mail' under there account id's on that settings screen or just 'inactive' ?
The settings screen shows a list of six mail account options; starting with Mirosoft Exchange. None say either 'Mail' or 'Inactive'.
But I don't have any active accounts for sure, as I access by POP mail (so as to avoid them popping up in both my iPad and Blackberry...
But your thought train is making me think. Maybe I have to make one of them active or there is no account through which to email them?
Yes - you need an active account in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars otherwise the iPad doesn't know where/how to send the email from.
