Switch Ö with Ä, and Æ with Ø

Does anybody know how to switch two keys with each other on the keyboard? I wouldlike the Swedish Ö and Ä (located to the immediateright of the L) to be in the same place as the Danish equivalent letters. The Danish keyboard has got the Ø and the Æ switched around, and I need to have just that when writing in Swedish. The way it is set up now is too confusing. (Ticking the language box in Language & Text is not the solution.) When I strike the key Ö, I want to get the Ä, not the Ö, and vice versa. Please help. Thank you!
