Mac App Store does not recognise OS X Lion Server

I purchased OS X Lion Server from Mac App Store, after upgraded OS X Lion. This is fact.

However, from the App Store > Purchases, the OS X Lion Server does not show "INSTALLED". It shows "Install". If I get into the OS X Lion Server app page (via spotlight), it does not allow me to write a review, nor rate it. It responded that my OS X Lion Server was not purchased from the App Store.

Where can I get help? How can it be fixed?

Go to Apple Menu, About this Mac, More Info. Does it say Mac OS X Server Lion? Or just "Mac OS X Lion"? If it doesn't say "Server", then the Server inital installation didn't run completely after Server was downloaded. It should have autostarted the initial setup when you downloaded, but otherwise just run the Server app again to have it setup the Server services.

Asatoran,

You're right. I changed and was able to remove the Lion Server app, and smoothly re-installed it. But I'm still confused because the email address appears on the Mac App Store has never been attached to any Apple account. I don't know why it was there. Anyway, it's out of boundary of this thread. Thanks.
