Can Mail show gmail addresses of different gmail accounts?

I have 2 gmail accounts which I'm using in Mail. One is my work email, and the other my personal gmail account. What I am finding is that when I try to email from my work gmail account it isn't automatically finding work contacts (which are in my work gmail account) as I type. It looks like Mail only automatically offers contacts from my personal gmail account or address book.

Is there a way to get it to recognize contacts from either gmail account, according to which account you want to mail from?

Thanks for any help!

Mail looks for addresses in Address book and previous recepient list. There is no option for Mail to search specific gmail account. Although, you can configure LDAP in the 'compose' tab of prefrences
