My iMovie won't upload the videos to Youtube anymore.

SAME EXACT PROBLEM HERE!!! i was hoping to see a response from an apple rep but realized this was posted today as well. sssssoooooooo, can someone from apple please let us know what the deal is??????

Can you export the movie from iMovie and upload it with YouTube's uploaded through a web browser?

i actually did have success with that. after awhile of trial & error, i exported the movie to my desktop, then went to YouTube & uploaded it from there. so far it's working fine that way, thank God!

but i'd still like to know if there's a fix for the share to YouTube feature.

From reading a lot of the posts on the Discussion Board for iMovie it seems like this happens without warning. I haven't seen anyone yet come back to one of these threads about YouTube saying what they did to fix it. So I'm guessing there's not any fixes, people don't want to write back what the did, or people stopped using iMovie.

interesting.......i've never really used discussion boards before, i thought the point of these things was to reach out to someone from apple for technical suppport. i didn't see an online chat link on the tech support page. do you think they have one?

They have a link down in the bottom right corner of each page with the words "Contact Us" usually right next to the link "RSS Feeds". That's the official Apple Tech support link. I've never used it but I think they make you pay if you don't have Warranty Coverage or have the Appel Care support contract. The rest of this discussion board community is just a bunch of private individuals donating their time on Apple's behalf 😉 This is just a user-to-user forum (that is hosted on computers on apple.com).
