Q: iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store

As I stated above.  I tried the netsh winsock reset to no avail.

I was interested in the other suggestion and downloaded the autoruns software.  It shows that i only have Bonjour services BUT I have both a 32 and a 64 bit version running (both dated 8/32/2013 but slightly different times.

Is this normal?

There is a trick to reset the winsock. Once reset in the Command Prompt, reboot immediately or it won't work.

As I stated in my original post - I did the reboot

Windows 7 users.......type cmd and then right click on icon and select Run as Administrator, then type the netsh winsock reset.  All works after reboot.
