Trouble download Photobook America software?

I have been trying to download the Photobook America software. I followed the download instructions completely and accurately, including placing the software folder in the Application folder. However, when I try to open up the Photobook app, it gives me the following error:

Photobook America Technical Support has sent and resent me instructions on downloading/installing the software. However, I do it correctly every time and the software still doesn't work. They even suggested there was a problem with my permission, but I checked it and even had Apple Care helped me check it --- everything was fine. Application still gives me the error.

Has anyone come across this? Anyone have any tips? Any ideas?
