How is this not done yet? Why on earth is the dictionary app not supportive of other languages? How can I get a French-English, English-French, or just a French dictionary on there!?

Because seeminlgy no one cares about this, even if compiling dics is easy with XTools. There is one though: Dictionnaire de l’Académie Française, google for it, it is free.

But you need to update to 10.7 before that would make any sense.
