How can i enable the hardware virtualization in BIOS settings

After upgrading my mac book pro to OSX lion, i can not open windows7, and i receaved message that i must enable the hardware visualattion in bios settings, so how can i.

Assuming that you use Parallels have you updated Parallels to the latest version yet ?
