My old iTunes Library was lost when my Mac died.

I replaced my MacMii, am using the same iTunes account and yet iTunes wants to wipe my iPod. How can I synch the contents of my old iPod to my new computer's iTunes? I can reload music, but I don't want to lose some voice memos.
