3rd party plug-ins not showing up in Logic Pro [SOLUTION]

So I was having the problem of all my plug-ins not showing in Logic up after I got my new computer and transfered over the files. I couldn't find any solutions on the internet and finally figured it out myself, so here I am to share.

What I figured out was that with my new Macbook Pro, Logic could run in 64 bit mode. Since this is a very new technology, all but one of my plug-ins would work.

What you have to do is select the Logic Pro application > right click > get info (or command-I) > check "32 bit mode"

After I check that and opened Logic, it scanned all the plug-ins and they are now working perfectly.

Logic Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
